About the Role
  • Delivering high-quality therapy services in accordance with the applicable Standards of Practice
  • Evaluating patients and creating personalized treatment plans, including both short and long-term goals
  • Monitoring and reporting patient progress, treatment reactions, and any changes in their condition to the responsible physician
  • Teaching patients, caregivers, and fellow healthcare team members methods to improve and address disabilities
  • Regularly communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Developing realistic discharge plans with achievable long-term goals that can be adjusted as the patient's condition evolves
  • Preparing patients and their caregivers for post-discharge care
  • Notifying the Clinical Director about any significant patient, family, or physician concerns

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Must possess valid state licensure, CPR certification, driver's license, and automobile liability insurance
  • Thorough understanding of professional theory, practice, techniques, principles, and equipment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively document patient care
  • Aptitude for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, physicians, and the general public
  • New graduates will be considered, although 1+ years of experience is preferred
