Primary Duties
  • Deliver high-quality therapy services in accordance with the established Standards of Practice
  • Conduct patient evaluations and create personalized treatment plans with short and long-term goals
  • Monitor and communicate the patient's progress, response to treatments, and any changes in their condition to the attending physician; make necessary adjustments to the treatment plan
  • Educate the patient, caregiver, and healthcare team on techniques to improve and address disabilities
  • Maintain regular communication with physicians and other members of the healthcare team
  • Create realistic and achievable long-term goals for patient discharge, which can be modified based on changes in their condition
  • Prepare the patient and caregiver for post-discharge care
  • Report any significant patient, family, or physician concerns to the Clinical Director

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Current state licensure, CPR certification, driver’s license, and automobile liability insurance required
  • In-depth knowledge of professional theory, practice, techniques, principles, and equipment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to accurately document patient care
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, physicians, and the general public
  • New graduates will be considered, though preference given to candidates with 1+ year of experience
