Job Summary:

Join our dynamic healthcare team in Spokane, Washington as a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping patients recover from injuries, illnesses, or surgeries. Your expertise in assessing patients' conditions, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic exercises will contribute to enhancing their quality of life and achieving their rehabilitation goals.

The PT Clinician, under the guidance of the Rehabilitation Services Manager, will be responsible for planning and administering physical therapy treatments to restore function, reduce pain, and prevent disability in patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and functional limitations.
  • Create personalized treatment plans using evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
  • Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to alleviate pain and improve mobility, function, and prevent disability.
  • Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises, activities of daily living, pain management, and injury prevention.
  • Regularly monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and accurately document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
      1. Must hold a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
      2. Must obtain National BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
      3. Should have strong clinical skills in assessing, diagnosing, and treating various musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
      4. Superior interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with patients, families, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
      5. Demonstrated proficiency in developing individualized treatment plans and effectively monitoring patients' progress.
      6. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with adaptability and problem-solving skills.
      7. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care with empathy and adherence to ethical standards.
      8. Proficient in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant healthcare technologies.
