What Success Looks Like:

Key Responsibilities:

• Thorough Evaluations: Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Hands-On Therapy: Provide patient-centered physical therapy through manual therapy, exercises, and other techniques.

• Collaborative Care: Work with an integrated team of chiropractors, acupuncturists, medical doctors, and more for holistic care.

• Education & Prevention: Educate patients on injury prevention, pain management, and lifestyle practices to support long-term wellness.

• Documentation: Accurately track patient progress and treatment plans using EMR.

• KPI Monitoring: Regularly assess and monitor key performance indicators to ensure high-quality care and outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Patient-Focused: Ability to perform comprehensive evaluations and create personalized treatment plans that align with patient needs.

• Collaboration: Strong team player who thrives in a multi-disciplinary environment.

• Manual Therapy Expertise: Skilled in hands-on treatments to improve mobility, reduce pain, and restore function.

• Therapeutic Exercise Design: Experience designing and monitoring corrective exercise programs for rehabilitation.

• Clear Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and the healthcare team.

Education & Experience:

• Active California Physical Therapist License in good standing (required).

• New graduates are welcome to apply!

• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, or integrative care is preferred but not required.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus.

• BLS/CPR certification (required or ability to obtain upon hire).

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously throughout the workday.

• Frequent bending, stooping, and assisting patients with exercises.

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.

• Strong manual dexterity to perform hands-on therapy techniques and operate clinical tools.

• Capable of sustained physical activity in a fast-paced, multi-provider clinic setting.
