TITLE: Physical Therapist / Manager of Rehab /

LOCATION: Harper, KS

• We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80K to $95K and provide a $7K relo/sign-on bonus. You will work day shifts from Monday to Friday, and occasionally on weekends depending on the admission of patients who require evaluation on weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• You will evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care, ensuring that they follow through with the established treatment plans.
• In addition to providing direct physical therapy care, you will also supervise physical therapist assistants and ensure that they adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
• You will manage our rehabilitative services, including physical, occupational, and speech therapies. This includes overseeing personnel, budget, and equipment resources.
• You will participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with infection control policies and procedures.
• You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and retaining departmental personnel, conducting performance reviews, and maintaining licensure requirements.
• You will collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to prepare the department's annual budget and review monthly reports.
• You will help develop, review, and revise departmental policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to hospital policies and regulations.

About You:

• You must be a licensed Physical Therapist in Kansas with experience in acute care, emergency room, swing bed, and outpatient settings.
• You should have strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• You must be committed to providing optimal patient care and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• You should have the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a team environment.
• It is important that you are willing to participate in educational programs, hospital meetings, and continuing education as required.

Additional Info: We have a great staff to work with, including 1 FT Physical Therapist, 1 FT CPTA, 1 part-time CPTA, 1 Contracted CPTA (who fills in when needed), and 1 FT Occupational Therapist.
