Rehab Manager (PT)

Location: Harper, KS
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (Monday–Friday) | Occasional weekend coverage as needed
Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $7,000

Position Summary

Join a compassionate and collaborative healthcare team in Harper, Kansas, as a Rehab Manager (PT). In this dual role, you’ll provide direct patient care across multiple care settings while overseeing the operations of our rehabilitation services department. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care tailored to rehabilitation goals

• Deliver hands-on physical therapy services and monitor therapy progress and documentation

• Supervise and support physical therapist assistants and other rehab staff

• Manage all aspects of the rehabilitation department, including personnel, budgeting, and equipment resources

• Lead recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and licensure compliance for rehab personnel

• Oversee quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to infection control and hospital standards

• Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to prepare and monitor the annual departmental budget

• Maintain, review, and update departmental policies and procedures in accordance with hospital regulations

• Participate in educational initiatives, staff meetings, and continuing education programs

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Kansas

• Clinical experience in acute care, emergency, swing bed, and outpatient therapy preferred

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care

• 1 Full-Time Physical Therapist

• 1 Full-Time Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (CPTA)

• 1 Part-Time CPTA

• 1 Contracted CPTA (fills in as needed)

• 1 Full-Time Occupational Therapist
