Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive consultations to evaluate patients' physical condition and symptoms.
• Diagnose and address movement dysfunctions by designing effective treatment strategies.
• Educate patients on proper utilization of therapeutic exercises.
• Utilize various massage and stimulation techniques to facilitate the healing process.
• Assist patients with the use of mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers.
• Maintain detailed records of patient progress and monitor their achievements towards established goals.
• Offer guidance on in-home treatment options and recommend appropriate exercises to patients and their families.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state licensure.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in providing home health care as a physical therapist.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
