Your Responsibilities

• Deliver live surgical training sessions to healthcare professionals and sales teams.
• Create engaging educational content, including digital learning modules and training guides.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and product teams to enhance and improve medical devices.
• Evaluate and enhance training strategies to optimize patient outcomes.
• Handle cadaveric specimens for surgical demonstrations and skill labs.

Qualifications

• Clinical expertise – PA or NP certification OR a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in biomedical sciences.
• Extensive orthopedic experience – Minimum of 5 years in musculoskeletal medicine, surgery, or a related field.
• Exceptional teaching abilities – Previous experience in medical education, training, or curriculum development.
• Demonstrated hands-on skills – Comfortable with surgical demonstrations and lab-based learning.
