Summary: A well-established and prestigious healthcare company in Madison, WI is seeking two part-time and one full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Hospitalist Physicians with proven leadership experience to join their growing team. This opportunity allows for flexible work arrangements with a rotational schedule involving two other providers. You will be responsible for covering 7-10 shifts per month, with shifts ranging from 4-6 hours on site. This position provides a great work-life balance and the flexibility to determine your starting and ending times, eliminating the traditional 12-hour shift requirement. The team also provides daily APP support and a scribe to assist with documentation. Partnership track options are available, and the company offers a competitive hourly compensation and benefit package. This is a unique chance to work with a highly collaborative group of professionals.
The main responsibility of the physician in this role is to diagnose and treat patients in a patient-centered and compassionate environment, working as part of a cohesive interdisciplinary clinical team.
