Hospitalist Medical Director (Physician)

Compensation: $200–$250 per hour + Monthly Stipend for Hospitalist Program Director ($50K–$80K per year)

Summary:

We are in search of a highly experienced and dedicated Hospitalist Medical Director (Physician) to lead our hospitalist team based in Elwood, Kansas. As the Hospitalist Director, your responsibilities will include overseeing clinical operations, ensuring exceptional patient care, and fostering the professional growth of our hospitalist providers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Take charge of leading and supervising the hospitalist team to ensure efficient operations and quality healthcare.
• Develop and execute clinical protocols and implement best practices.
• Work collaboratively with hospital administration and medical leadership to achieve program objectives.
• Offer direct patient care in the capacity of a hospitalist.
• Supervise quality improvement initiatives and prioritize patient safety efforts.
• Maintain adherence to hospital policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a degree as an MD and DO and possess board certification in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and drive clinical excellence.

Compensation & Benefits:
