Physician–Medical Director (Part-Time / Full-Time)
Location: Green Bay, WI
Compensation: $200–$250 per hour + Monthly Medical Director Stipend ($50K–$80K annually)

Join a respected hospitalist program in Green Bay, WI as a Physician–Medical Director. This flexible opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis, offering a strong work-life balance, off-week rotation options, and a highly competitive compensation package. In this leadership role, you’ll guide clinical operations, support hospitalist providers, and drive quality care initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the hospitalist team.

• Develop and implement evidence-based protocols to enhance care delivery.

• Foster collaboration between providers and hospital administration.

• Deliver direct patient care in a hospitalist capacity.

• Lead quality improvement projects and promote patient safety.

• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

• Proven leadership experience with excellent communication skills.

• Strong clinical judgment and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $200–$250

• Medical Director Stipend: $50K–$80K annually
