We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Practitioner for our healthcare facility in Hartford, CT.

Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, the chosen candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive medical care, with a focus on preventative services, and providing high-quality treatment for patients with various conditions.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a valid medical license to practice in Connecticut, obtained from an accredited medical school
• Have or be eligible to acquire valid DEA and state narcotic registration
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical practices, along with a proven track record of delivering comprehensive care based on established standards and protocols
• Show proficiency in providing culturally sensitive care to diverse patient populations in a collaborative environment
• Make evidence-based clinical decisions and adhere to departmental and organizational quality measures
• Possess excellent time management skills to ensure efficient patient flow
• Be experienced in using electronic health record systems
• Maintain accurate written clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders in both verbal and written forms
• Display exceptional customer service skills
• Exhibit utmost professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Show resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities, as well as a sense of accountability
• Feel comfortable working with diverse patient and staff populations, and align with the mission of the organization
• Willingness to take on additional assigned duties

Candidates with a minimum of three years' experience in a medical practice and/or working with socio-economically disadvantaged populations are highly preferred.
