Qualifications of the Administrative Coordinator:

  • Preferably an Associate's degree
  • Experience in sales and customer service fostering trust, honesty, and sensitivity
  • Ability to establish relationships through leads and referrals
  • Manage client accounts and follow up with clients
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts
  • Participate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows
  • Must possess strong integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and ethical conduct
  • Effective support, guidance, and advice during event and service planning

Responsibilities of the Administrative Coordinator:

  • Excellent communication skills are a must
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong listening and organizational skills
  • Availability to work or be on-call approximately every third weekend
