We’re looking for a hands-on Plant Finance Manager to lead financial operations at the plant level, supporting key decisions that drive efficiency, cost control, and profitability. This highly visible role partners closely with plant leadership and operations, bringing financial insight to the front lines of manufacturing.

What You’ll Own:

• Oversee plant-level budgeting, forecasting, and reporting

• Analyze and optimize standard product costs and variances

• Lead ROI analysis for capital investments and improvement initiatives

• Support monthly/annual financial close processes

• Drive continuous improvement in processes, cost management, and compliance

• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and corporate finance

• Ensure adherence to financial policies and sustainability initiatives (GHG tracking)

• Train and mentor plant teams on financial best practices
