This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a Plastic Injection Mold Manufacturing Production Lead on the third shift, within a smaller, ISO certified, custom plastic injection molding company. The majority of the manufacturing equipment is less than four years old, and the company has a stable customer base across various industries. Employee satisfaction is high, with an average tenure of over ten years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

• Working third shift hours from 11 pm to 7 am, potentially longer
• Learning the production processes
• Supervising, leading, training, and motivating three production employees
• Being a hands-on supervisor, actively working on the production line
• Performing setup tasks such as hanging tools, mixing materials, and loading resin
• Cleaning hoppers and grinders
• Conducting sampling as required

The successful candidate should possess the following background:

• At least two years of experience in plastic injection mold setup
• At least two years of experience in plastic injection mold troubleshooting
• The ability to work third shift hours, Monday through Friday, and possibly Saturday
• A stable work history with long-term employment
• A US citizen or Green Card holder
• Residing within a 45-minute commute of the job location
