Rehabilitation Medicine Physician/Associate Medical Director

Location: Saint Joseph, Missouri
Compensation: $200–$250 per hour
Employment Type: Part-Time (3 days per week)

Summary:

We are currently looking for a Physiatrist (PM&R Physician) / Associate Medical Director to join our team in Saint Joseph, MO. This position provides an opportunity for work-life balance with a flexible part-time schedule (3 days per week) and takes on a leadership role within an established rehabilitation program. As an Associate Medical Director, you will have the important responsibility of patient care while also contributing to guiding clinical operations and program development.

Primary Duties:

• Deliver exceptional physical medicine and rehabilitation care to our patients.
• Oversee and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary teams.
• Support the development and implementation of clinical protocols to enhance patient outcomes.
• Assist in program leadership, quality improvement initiatives, and compliance efforts.
• Collaborate closely with hospital administration and medical staff in relation to rehabilitation services.

Requirements:

• Hold an MD or DO degree with proper board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).
• Preferably possess previous experience in leadership or as an associate medical director (although not required).
• Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
