🔑 What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 6 years of construction estimating experience, with at least 2 years in healthcare construction

• Local expertise in the Nashville, TN market

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel

• Excellent understanding of construction documents and takeoffs

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Valid driver’s license

🚧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the full preconstruction process for healthcare facility projects

• Build accurate estimates, budgets, and competitive bids

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define project scopes and strategies

• Deliver compelling presentations during project interviews

• Analyze project risks and ensure alignment with business goals

• Maintain historical cost data and support value engineering reviews

• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project partners
