We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced President to lead our company. Our company specializes in providing a diverse range of services, including system integration, plant automation, electrical design, construction, safety training, and advanced electrical analysis.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Electrical, Construction, and Engineering industry.
- We are an employee-owned company dedicated to growth and development.
- We are looking for a President with exceptional strategic and executive leadership skills.
- The ideal candidate should have experience in building teams and leading a division.
- Expertise in Power, Safety, and Electrical fields is highly desired.
- Located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
- Des Moines location may be considered as well.
- The compensation package includes a base salary of $150,000 to $175,000 plus incentives ranging from 20% to 30%.
