Snapshot / Must Haves:

Innovative and visionary leader sought for the position of Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience at the senior level in the homecare industry, with a focus on non-skilled care, ADL, and IDD services. Experience in home health and a strong track record in achieving revenue targets are also desirable qualities.

  • Prior experience in non-skilled homecare and IDD services is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with a background in skilled home health will also be considered.
  • Strong financial acumen, sales proficiency, and business development skills are essential.

· The Executive Director will have opportunities for investment in promising leveraged buyout transactions and acquisitions.

Position Overview:

The Executive Director will provide strong leadership to the company, collaborating with the board and other executives to establish goals, develop risk mitigation plans, and implement growth strategies. They will oversee all departments and the entire workforce, ensuring proper allocation of resources across service lines, which include Habilitation Training Services (HTS), Daily Living Support (DLS), Agency Companion, and Respite. Additionally, the Executive Director will focus on business development and achieving key growth targets. They will report directly to the ownership.


The ideal candidate is a prudent manager and an inspirational leader. They possess a business mindset and can see the big picture in various contexts. Balancing financial goals with human factors is a priority. The Executive Director should have a strong foundation in business strategy and finance and be able to drive the company towards long-term success.

· Candidates must demonstrate strong quantitative and interpersonal skills.

· Successful candidates should possess a deep understanding of business strategy and finance.

· Prior experience in healthcare, homecare, IDD, or related industries is highly desirable.

· A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management is required.

· Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.
