Our Organization: Across Multiple States and Sites: Provider of Homecare (Unskilled, ADL), IDD & Skilled Home Health Services

Summary / Key Requirements:

Exceptional and visionary leader sought for a high-profile role with proven track record. Seeking candidates with extensive experience in the homecare industry (Unskilled, ADL) as well as IDD experience. Strong background in Skilled Home Health Services also considered. Must demonstrate expertise in EBITDA, budgets, P&L, and financial operations. Sales, business development, and strategic skills are essential.

  • Candidates with extensive experience in homecare (unskilled / ADL) & IDD are highly preferred.
  • Consideration will be given to candidates with strong skills in Skilled Home Health as well.
  • Candidates must excel in EBITDA/budgeting/P&L/financial operations and possess strong sales, business development, and strategic abilities.

Compensation:

· Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

· The Chief Officer will have the opportunity to invest in promising lower middle market leveraged buyout transactions.

Role Overview:

The Chief Officer will provide strong leadership to our organization, working closely with the board and other executives to establish and achieve short-term and long-term goals, implement risk mitigation strategies, and drive growth. This individual will oversee all departments and the entire workforce, ensuring efficient resource allocation across service lines including Habilitation Training Services (HTS), Daily Living Support (DLS), Agency Companion, and Respite. In addition, the Chief Officer will be responsible for business development and achieving key growth objectives. Reporting directly to the ownership, this position carries significant responsibility.

· Candidates must possess strong quantitative and soft skills.

· Successful candidates must also demonstrate a solid understanding of business strategy and finance.

· Previous experience in healthcare, homecare, IDD, or related industries is strongly preferred.

· A minimum of 10 years of senior management experience is required.

· Candidates must also possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
