Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Press Brake Operator to join a growing, employee-focused custom sheet metal manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operator looking for a stable, long-term role on a weekend shift schedule. Key Responsibilities:

• Work a consistent Friday – Sunday, 12-hour shift schedule.

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints accurately.

• Operate and maintain brake press equipment efficiently and safely.

• Utilize forklifts and cranes as needed to support operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a brake press.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

• A stable, consistent work history.

• U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status required.

• Residence within a 45-minute commute of the facility (south of Green Bay, WI).
