Primary Care Medical Director
Location: Brooklyn, NY
Salary Range: $300,000 - $330,000 + Additional Incentives: Up to $82,50 + Signing Bonus

Job Summary:
We are in need of an innovative and visionary Medical Director to spearhead our primary care services in Brooklyn, NY. Our ideal candidate should be a highly experienced and board-certified physician with a proven ability to efficiently manage data-focused healthcare organizations. The main responsibilities for this position involve overseeing clinical operations, enhancing care quality, driving patient outcomes, and ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations. Furthermore, the candidate must be eligible to offer healthcare services to Medicare participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all clinical operations related to our primary care services, ensuring the provision of high-quality and patient-centric care.
• Oversee and manage clinical teams, including physicians, medical staff, and nurse practitioners, and encourage optimal performance and collaboration.
• Leverage data analytics and evidence-based practices to continually monitor and enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Create, implement, and refine clinical protocols and procedures to guarantee alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to address any issues.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for the medical staff.
• Engage in strategic planning, budgeting, and operational activities to support the growth of the organization.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive innovation in healthcare delivery models, particularly in the areas of value-based care and chronic disease management.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication of updates, challenges, and opportunities.
• Ensure that all medical staff possess full credentials and are in compliance with Medicare and other regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification: Possess board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in primary care clinical practice, with a preference for at least 2 years in a leadership or medical director role.
• Licensure: Must have a valid license to practice in New York State and be eligible to provide healthcare services to Medicare participants.
• Strong background in data-driven healthcare management and initiatives for improving quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead clinical teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and effectively manage complex healthcare systems.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: Annual salary ranging from $300,000 - $330,000
• Additional Incentives: Up to $82,500 based on performance and the achievement of key metrics
