Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine / Family Practice )

JOB LOCATION: Modesto, California

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide exceptional healthcare services to patients in Modesto, CA. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary of $200,000 to $300,000, along with an annual incentive opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package. We also provide paid relocation assistance to qualified candidates.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Family Physician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality internal medicine and family practice services to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting interviews, examinations, and treatment of clinical patients.
• Providing education on wellness, prevention, and early detection to patients and their families.
• Referring patients for further examinations or treatments based on their needs.
• Participating in quality improvement, management, and continuing education programs.
• Addressing and resolving patient complaints, requests, and inquiries.
• Ensuring compliance with federal guidelines and regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
• Completing daily documentation of medical records using an electronic medical records (EMR) system.
• Being available for night calls as needed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Current unrestricted medical licensure in the applicable state(s) and board eligibility or certification.
• Valid DEA license.
