Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate General Practitioner to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. As a General Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing Internal Medicine and Family Practice services to patients in our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interviews, perform physical examinations, and provide medical treatment to patients
• Offer guidance on wellness, prevention, and early detection of ailments to patients and their families
• Make appropriate referrals based on patient needs and examination results
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, continuing education programs, and patient care programs
• Address and resolve patient complaints, requests, and inquiries
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with federal guidelines and regulations
• Complete daily medical record documentation using EMR system
• Provide coverage for night calls on an as-needed basis

Minimum Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Current and unrestricted medical licensure in applicable state(s)
• Board eligibility or board certification
• DEA license
