This is a permanent, full-time position of a Lead HVAC Project Engineer available with a family-oriented organization specializing in HVAC systems for industrial, commercial, and residential markets. The current opening is due to an upcoming retirement, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional. The company has a smaller team of fewer than 100 employees, allowing for a close-knit and flexible work atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Developing project quotes, designing and planning industrial and heavy commercial HVAC systems
• Collaborating closely with field employees, colleagues, customers, and contractors
• Ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints
• Meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Providing guidance, supervision, and mentorship to staff members
• Travelling within the state to different job sites

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in managing industrial or heavy commercial HVAC projects
• Ability to travel within the state for on-site work (no overnight travel required)
• A consistent and strong employment history
• US citizenship or possession of a Green Card
• Residence within 45 minutes of the Kohler, Wisconsin area
