PRIVACY LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our esteemed client is a prestigious national law firm and is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join their Privacy Litigation team. This exciting position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge privacy litigation cases and collaborate with experienced lawyers in a dynamic and supportive environment. While the preferred office location for this role is Los Angeles, the firm is also open to considering applicants for their offices in AZ; CA; CO; DE; FL; GA; IL; MA; MO; NY; NC; PA; TN; TX; UT; WA; Washington, D.C.

Required Qualifications:

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic achievements.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• 3+ years of relevant litigation experience, focusing on privacy litigation.
• Proficiency in effectively managing all aspects of case work-up and trial preparation, which includes drafting briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda, and discovery requests.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and international privacy laws is highly advantageous.
• Prior experience in a law firm or as a judicial clerk is preferred.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
  

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in complex privacy litigation cases, overseeing various privacy law and data protection issues.
• Navigate through intricate legal matters efficiently, offering strategic guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the national practice, contributing to high-stakes litigation strategies.
• Engage in all phases of litigation, from initiating the case to trial preparation and resolution.
