Process Engineer
📍 Location: Indianapolis, IN
🕐 1st Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM (with some flexibility)
💰 Bonus Eligible: 8% annually

An established and well-known manufacturer in the Indianapolis area is seeking a Process Engineer to join their dynamic team. This first-shift role focuses on improving operational efficiency, reducing losses, and enhancing product quality and safety. What You’ll Do:

• Identify and eliminate performance losses across the production line.

• Improve yield, safety, and quality through process enhancements.

• Develop and standardize manufacturing processes and performance-based specifications.

• Manage efficiency and yield metrics using Daily Management Systems.

• Collaborate with R&D to lead and support trial runs.

• Partner with engineering teams to evaluate and implement new technologies.

• Analyze experimental and trial data to make informed process recommendations.

• Train team members on new and revised procedures.

• Provide technical leadership and support for process improvement projects.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Food, Biological, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.

• 1–2 years of experience as a process engineer in a high-volume, automated manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
