Job Description

• Candidate must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a reputable law school with a strong academic record.
• The candidate must be an active member of the bar in either California or Washington.
• Looking for a Product Liability associate with at least two years of experience in litigation, specifically within the field of product liability. Experience in a renowned law firm or comparable practice group is preferred.
• Ideal candidates will have experience in representing major consumer brands, technology, manufacturing, or aviation companies in mass tort disputes.
• Preference will be given to candidates with federal clerkship experience.

The compensation range for this position is $235,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
