Our esteemed client, a prestigious AmLaw 50 firm, is in search of a dedicated and talented Associate Attorney to join its nationally acclaimed Product Liability Practice Group at one of its offices situated in San Diego, Los Angeles, or Seattle.
Desired Profile:
- Hold a Juris Doctorate degree from an esteemed top-tier law institution and possess an impressive academic track record.
- An active membership in the Bar either in California or Washington state.
- A minimum of 2 years of significant experience in litigation.
- Prior federal clerkship involvement is a plus.
- Excellent skills in legal writing, analysis, and advocacy.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Represent renowned national and international manufacturers in critical litigation cases related to flagship consumer brands and aviation products.
- Deliver legal services pertaining to crucial, business-defining matters in the field of product liability and mass torts.
- Collaborate with a team of more than 70 attorneys spread across various branches in handling complex legal issues.
- Manage all litigation aspects, including drafting legal documents, overseeing discovery procedures, and preparing for trials.

The firm offers a competitive compensation package with annual salaries ranging from $235,000 to $365,000, based on experience.
