Production Supervisor (Day Shift)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Production Supervisor to lead our team in Little Rock, AR. As the Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the team's success by overseeing safety, quality, and operational standards. Additionally, you will foster a culture of development and skill enhancement through coaching and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily department plans and follow up on any outstanding tasks. Actively participate in the department's daily direction setting meetings.
• Hold accountability for daily operations and team performance, including safety, quality, reliability, cost, and organizational capability.
• Exemplify our core values, foster commitment and teamwork, and demonstrate emotional intelligence to foster a positive work environment.
• Collaborate with operating teams to address safety concerns and assist in the resolution of issues.
• Analyze departmental challenges, identify root causes, and cultivate a zero-loss mindset to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage performance, implement staffing strategies, and promote a culture of efficiency and productivity.
• Work closely with the Manager to develop and execute the Department Master Plan.
• Ensure clear communication of essential business information and expectations to all team members.
• Develop and coach operational and leadership skills using work systems and Operational Excellence tools.
• Assist in the development and execution of key technical and organizational projects.
• Promote collaboration across all work system pillars and demonstrate effective leadership.
• Serve as the technical resource for operating teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, developing, and leading others.
