Are you up for a crucial role in our ever-changing production team? We're in search of a dedicated Manufacturing Planner to enhance productivity, optimize workflows, and guarantee smooth functioning throughout our manufacturing cycle. The Manufacturing Planner occupies a vital position by planning, coordinating, and supervising the flow of production across the complete production cycle. The role necessitates the prompt scheduling of manufacturing work orders, streamlining production efficiencies, and managing the supply chain for production consumables. The Manufacturing Planner collaborates closely with internal teams as well as external partners in order to ensure seamless operations and achieve both internal financial goals and customer delivery deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze and evaluate production schedules, process flows, and related data to optimize production efficiency.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to convey product specifications, procurement requirements, and current production capabilities.

· Maintain frequent communication with management regarding lean project status and implement Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance production efficiencies and meet performance metrics.

· Prioritize workflow, taking into consideration factors such as production time, labor requirements, quality improvement, and resource utilization.

· Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, promoting a safety-conscious culture among production staff.

· Supervise cycle counting activities to maintain accurate inventory records.

· Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and packaging materials, adhering to appropriate procurement procedures.

· Establish and implement a monitoring system to ensure competitive pricing for raw materials, packaging materials, and logistics services.

· Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, including selecting, evaluating, and measuring their performance.

· Prepare and maintain procurement plans and progress reports as required.

· Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize data management within the ERP software.

· Manage inventory levels and lead continuous improvement efforts to ensure accurate inventory records.

· Implement and maintain the 5s Visual Management System to enhance workplace organization and efficiency.

· Perform any other duties as assigned by management.


· Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

· Prior experience in production scheduling, supply chain management, or procurement is mandatory.

· Must be willing to work onsite and require individual to be located at the workplace.

· Analytical skills are essential for interpreting data and making well-informed decisions.

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

· Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and experience in implementing process improvements is desirable.

· Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
