Shift Production Supervisor – High-Speed Manufacturing
📍 Mccomb, MS | 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 4:30pm–4:30am
💰 $85K–$100K Base + 5% Bonus + Full Benefits

🔑 Must-Haves:

  • 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment (wood products or lumber a plus)

  • Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable

  • Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style

  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and plant operations systems

  • Willingness to work 2nd shift and occasionally cover weekends

🛠️ What You’ll Do:

  • Lead by example—demonstrate the company’s values: Safety, Integrity, Citizenship, Sustainability

  • Motivate and engage a seasoned crew to meet and exceed shift goals

  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to elevate team performance

  • Manage daily operations, schedules, training, and shift logistics

  • Partner with Maintenance and Ops to identify and resolve bottlenecks

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability


🌲 Preferred Experience:

  • Background in lumber, plywood, or wood products manufacturing

  • Familiarity with labor relations or union environments

  • Understanding of business metrics and production KPIs

💸 Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $85,000–$100,000 (DOE)
