Production Supervisor - Food Manufacturing (Tomato Products)

We are seeking Production Supervisors for a food manufacturing company specializing in tomato-based products. This role is responsible for driving productivity while continuously improving safety, quality, and waste reduction in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the packaging lines to ensure efficient production and adherence to quality standards

• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with established parameters

• Conduct safety audits and promptly report food safety or quality issues to management

• Supervise all hourly packaging employees and provide hands-on leadership on the production floor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Food Science, Management Supervision, or Food Manufacturing Organization (FMO)

• 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing or a related industry preferred

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a production environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 annually

• Overtime: Paid at straight time after 45 hours/week; supervisors typically earn $5,000–$7,000 annually in OT
