Salary: Competitive salary range, commensurate with experience


  • Manage a team of warehouse employees, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in logistical operations.
  • Collaborate with other managers to optimize productivity and maintain a positive work environment in the automotive manufacturing setting.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and minimize waste in warehouse operations.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives while upholding the highest standards of product quality within the automotive manufacturing industry.
  • Develop and execute plans to meet warehouse capacity requirements and fulfill customer demands.
  • Foster engagement and provide strategic direction to the team within the automotive manufacturing context.
  • Oversee health, safety, and environmental processes, ensuring compliance with automotive manufacturing standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, and similar methodologies tailored to automotive industry logistics.


  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Business Management, or related field, or equivalent experience in warehouse management (4+ years).
  • 3-7+ years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations, preferably within the automotive manufacturing sector.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and utilizing logistics tracking systems in an automotive manufacturing context.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and embrace lean principles tailored to automotive logistics.
