Summary

We are searching for highly motivated individuals with great attention to detail to join our Manufacturing Associate team. Successful candidates are team-oriented and dedicated individuals. As a Manufacturing Associate, your responsibilities will include the production of top-notch RF systems and antennas using various components and parts.

Essential Functions

  • Review work instructions, drawings, travelers, test procedures, and parts lists; assemble materials, subassemblies, tools, and parts for the assembly work
  • Position and align parts and subassemblies using templates, fixtures or test measurement equipment
  • Evaluate parts and assemblies for correct fit and fasten them together
  • Identify and report assembly issues to the Quality Assurance team
  • Adhere to safety and cleanliness regulations to maintain a secure working environment
  • Anticipate required supplies and request additional materials from Production Planners
  • Document actions by completing production and reworking travelers
  • Contribute to team efforts by performing related tasks

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not involve direct supervision.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, employees are required to stand and may frequently need to use their hands to handle objects, tools, or controls. They may also need to climb, balance, walk, reach, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear occasionally.

Employees must be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds. This job requires close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. Typical office hours are Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm, although these hours may vary based on workload and managerial discretion. There may be additional hours required as per workload demands.

Travel

This position does not require any travel.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience

  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid Colorado driver's license
  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing
  • Proficiency in using inspection and power tools
  • Strong focus on safety compliance, quality, and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills
  • Quick learner with the ability to complete training efficiently

Preferred Education and Experience

  • J-STD-001 Solder Certification
  • Knowledge of Standard Electro Static Discharge (ESD) practices
