 Develops and implements strategies to enhance the program's effectiveness
 Prepares necessary documents and reports for state and Nursing Board requirements
 Ensures compliance with BVNPT regulations and promptly reports faculty changes to the Board
 Identifies and secures resources for the nursing program
 Establishes and enforces program policies and procedures
 Participates in committees and serves as a liaison to the community
 Oversees the admission process and orientation of students
 Builds and maintains educational partnerships with clinical sites
 Conducts thorough assessments of clinical sites and ensures student safety
 Collects evaluations from students, clinical sites, and faculty after each rotation
 Manages and updates clinical contracts
 Assists in faculty recruitment, hiring, and orientation
 Facilitates regular faculty meetings and maintains accurate records
 Monitors the quality of instruction and contributes to program review and planning
 Provides support and guidance to potential students
 Ensures students are properly prepared for clinical rotations
 Participates in the recruitment and admission of nursing students
 Oversees graduation requirements and licensing exam preparations
 Contributes to Nursing Advisory Committee meetings
 Engages in professional development and maintains CE hours
 Stays updated on State rules and regulations pertaining to Vocational Nursing
