Project Executive (Data Center / Commercial Construction)

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide executive oversight of complex data center projects from acquisition through completion.

• Lead contract negotiations, project performance, and client relationship management.

• Guide budgeting, scheduling, and trade partner coordination.

• Ensure compliance with corporate safety, quality, and performance standards.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal project teams.

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.

• 15+ years of GC experience, with a focus on large-scale, vertical data center builds ($100M+).

• Deep knowledge of contract terms, project financials, and team leadership.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to build and manage high-performing project teams.

• A passion for safety, integrity, and delivering exceptional work.
