Our client is a reputable manufacturer of customized automated manufacturing equipment and production solutions. They have a global sales revenue of approximately $500 million per year. Currently, they are in search of a skilled individual to join their Operations Management team as a Automation Manufacturing Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and facilitating a cross-functional project team throughout the entire lifecycle of a new custom machine project, ensuring that customer expectations are met, and all project objectives are achieved within the allocated schedule and budget.

• A four-year degree in engineering is preferred, although other technical degrees will be considered if accompanied by additional engineering or project management experience.
• Having at least 5 years of project management experience in a custom equipment manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Alternatively, experience in contract manufacturing or job shop manufacturing will also be taken into consideration.
• Possessing Project Management Institute (PMI) certification would be a significant advantage.
• Having knowledge of the equipment, industry, and manufacturing processes is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to motivate and lead team members, resolving any conflicts that may arise.
• Strong organizational skills, including proficiency in various business programs and media platforms.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 per year, with an additional annual bonus of up to 6%.
