· Manage the execution of projects, including defining scope, allocating resources, planning budgets, developing schedules, and managing risks. Projects may involve new product launches, automation initiatives, and expansions of production capacity.

· Lead cross-functional projects that aim to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency within manufacturing and assembly operations through innovative process enhancements.

· Drive waste reduction, technology integration, and skill development among production teams to achieve project goals.

· Serve as the technical authority for operations projects, providing guidance to engineering and assembly staff to ensure desired outcomes.

· Promote innovation by driving advancements in processing techniques that align with long-term growth objectives and improve safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

· Prepare and analyze reports and presentations, and allocate budget resources, while ensuring compliance with company policies.

· Promote communication and collaboration across departments and management levels, and deliver presentations to executives when necessary.

·Collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and equipment suppliers to develop and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment installations.

· Stay updated on emerging technologies and improvement strategies to inform manufacturing process solutions, including tooling and equipment specifications, process flow, and facility layouts.

· Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and 3P methodologies to drive manufacturing cost reduction and efficiency improvements across various production processes.


·Must have a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field, with a preference for Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.

·Preferably hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

· Require at least 5 years of experience with Capital Expenditure.

· Must have at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, with a focus on process improvements, capital improvements, and automation efficiency.

·Prior experience with new product launches is required.

·Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software, as well as standard computer applications, is necessary.

· Proficiency in 3D CAD/modeling software is required.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

·Demonstrated history of creativity, innovation, and proactive problem-solving is required.

·Preferred, but not required, certifications include Six Sigma, Red X, or other problem-solving certifications.

· Prior experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies is desired.
