Job Description

As a Commercial Concrete Project Coordinator, you will be directly involved in the execution of projects. This is a hands-on position that requires active participation and a willingness to take on various responsibilities. You will work alongside a team consisting of a VDC Engineer and Project Superintendent, with additional team members depending on project size. Flexibility is key, as you may be tasked with managing projects as a Design-Build General Contractor or as a Structural Concrete Subcontractor. We value individuals who are open to both options and embrace the gritty, detailed nature of self-performing concrete work. Our company operates as a Union Contractor and undertakes 30% of our projects in-house. Therefore, an understanding of the granular cost details associated with self-performing concrete work is essential, but we are willing to provide training for candidates with solid management skills.

Location and Benefits

As a Commercial Concrete Project Coordinator, you will primarily work on-site at various job locations throughout California, particularly in Los Angeles County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire. Other positions within the company are predominantly based in our Corporate office.
