THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

The Construction Project Coordinator will be involved in various aspects of project management, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting. This role requires technical expertise, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and effective communication with project stakeholders such as owners, subcontractors, and accounting team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for project planning, cost management, time management, contract administration, and safety management, contributing to the successful completion of projects.

· Manage contractual, planning, and budget aspects of construction projects

· Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders

· Lead project teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of work

· Provide regular progress reports, attend meetings, and coordinate construction activities

· Obtain necessary permits and review design documents for project coordination

· Manage and administer the Construction Phase, including bid analysis and submittal review

· Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project requirements

· Assist with bid documents and support bidder solicitation activities

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

· 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction

· Ability to interpret contracts, plans, and specifications

· Proficiency in AIA requisitions, project budgeting, and schedules

· Strong technical skills for electronic reporting and project management tools

· Proficient in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Familiarity with Timberline and Procore a plus

· Strong time management skills
