PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE ATTORNEY

Our esteemed client, a prominent national law firm ranked in the AmLaw 200, is currently seeking a talented and driven associate with 2-6 years of experience in insurance litigation.

The ideal candidate must possess a solid comprehension of insurance coverage matters and preferably have additional expertise in bad faith insurance cases.

Requirements:

• Obtained a law degree (JD) from a prestigious law school with exceptional academic achievements.
• Maintained an active license to practice law in Florida.
• Possess a minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience specifically in insurance litigation, showcasing a strong grasp of insurance coverage issues.
• Prior exposure to bad faith insurance cases would be advantageous.
• Proficient writing abilities; previous experience as a federal or state appellate clerk would be beneficial.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding client service and possess a strong professional drive.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle insurance litigation cases, involving tasks such as drafting and reviewing legal documents, as well as trial preparation.
• Provide strategic legal guidance on insurance coverage and bad faith insurance matters.
• Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop effective case strategies and ensure exceptional client service.
