Property Field Claims Adjuster
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Property Claims Inspector in Saint Cloud, MN. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in evaluating and handling property claims. This role requires expertise in assessing damages, determining coverage, and negotiating settlements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of property claims to determine coverage and liability.
- Utilize on-site inspections and interviews with claimants to assess and document damages.
- Create comprehensive reports and maintain accurate records of findings and settlements.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in property claims adjustment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in claims management software and other relevant tools.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
