The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in evaluating and handling property claims. This role requires expertise in assessing damages, determining coverage, and negotiating settlements.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough investigations of property claims to determine coverage and liability.
• Utilize on-site inspections and interviews with claimants to assess and document damages.
• Create comprehensive reports and maintain accurate records of findings and settlements.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in property claims adjustment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in claims management software and other relevant tools.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
