We are currently seeking a skilled Real Estate Manager to join our team at a stunning apartment community in Raytown, MO. With 171 units, our property offers a prime location and exceptional amenities.

As a Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment community and increasing its overall value. You will analyze financial information, make projections, and identify areas for improvement. Key responsibilities include marketing and outreach, managing property staff, and providing exceptional service to residents. You will report directly to the regional manager. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and implementing community policies
• Monitoring and analyzing property financial goals and reports
• Maintaining optimal occupancy levels
• Building and developing a strong leasing and maintenance team
• Creating schedules and assigning tasks
• Ensuring proper property operations and maintenance
• Conducting tours and addressing inquiries from prospective residents
• Resolving resident concerns and ensuring overall satisfaction
• Developing and implementing leasing and marketing plans
• Engaging in marketing outreach efforts within the community
• Overseeing maintenance team and collaborating with maintenance supervisor
• Managing large-scale capital projects

• Minimum of 1-2 years of supervisory experience in the multi-family housing or hospitality industry required
• Effective communication skills with both staff and supervisors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Entrata or similar programs is a plus
• Highly motivated and dedicated
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Customer service-oriented with team collaboration skills
• Comfortable resolving conflicts and thrives in fast-paced environments
• High energy and positive attitude
• High school diploma, bachelor's degree a plus
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Successful completion of background screening and drug test
• Valid Driver's License with valid auto insurance
