Property Manager (Bilingual Spanish/English)

An established and growing property management company is seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a 306-unit luxury townhome community in Naples, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for a bilingual (Spanish/English) professional with strong leadership and operational skills to play a key role in enhancing the value, reputation, and resident satisfaction of a high-end property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance of the property

• Control costs and meet budget targets

• Submit invoices and complete financial and property reports in a timely manner

• Maintain occupancy levels and implement leasing strategies

• Lead, train, and schedule leasing and maintenance staff

• Ensure exceptional curb appeal and community standards

• Conduct property tours and respond to inquiries from prospective residents

• Address resident concerns and promote a positive living experience

• Enforce community policies and maintain compliance

• Conduct marketing outreach and community engagement

• Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to manage ongoing projects and repairs

• Ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all residents

• Work weekends on a rotating basis (with adjusted weekday schedule)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in multi-family housing, ideally managing a 250+ unit community

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (required)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred)

• Knowledge of budgeting and variance reporting

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Motivated team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
