Our client is currently seeking a highly skilled bilingual (English Spanish) Property Manager to join their dynamic team! This stunning apartment community consists of 380 units and is located in Mcgregor Florida.

The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the apartment community and maximizing the property's value. This individual will organize and analyze the property's financial data, utilize this information to make projections, and identify areas for improvement. Key responsibilities include marketing and outreach, managing property staff, and providing excellent service to residents. The Property Manager reports directly to the regional manager. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Enforcing and upholding community policies.
• Managing and reviewing property financial goals and reports.
• Achieving occupancy goals for the property.
• Building and developing the leasing and maintenance staff.
• Creating office schedules and assigning tasks.
• Maintaining property operations and the physical asset.
• Conducting tours and addressing inquiries from prospective residents.
• Resolving resident concerns and ensuring overall resident satisfaction.
• Developing and implementing leasing and marketing plans.
• Engaging in marketing outreach within the nearby community.
• Leading the maintenance team and collaborating with the maintenance supervisor.
• Overseeing large-scale capital projects.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family housing, overseeing at least 250+ units
• Proven experience with budgeting, capital projects, and team building
• Excellent communication skills with both staff and supervisors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Familiarity with Entrata or similar programs is a plus
• Highly motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Positive attitude and high energy levels
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
• Successful completion of background screening and drug test
• Valid Driver's License with auto insurance coverage
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory
