Property Manager (Large complex in Detroit)
Our client is a national management firm specializing in the management of large apartment complexes. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Property Manager to oversee River Front Towers, a premium apartment complex located in Detroit, MI.

Responsibilities
The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for the effective management and day-to-day operations of multiple apartment communities. This includes overseeing and enhancing the value of the properties, analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing marketing strategies. Additionally, the Senior Property Manager will supervise the property staff, provide excellent customer service to residents, and ensure the properties meet occupancy goals. Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, this role is ideal for a team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards of property management.
Major responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining financial goals for the property
- Controlling costs and meeting budget targets
- Ensuring timely submission of invoices
- Preparing reports on property condition and financial performance
- Managing leasing and maintenance staff
- Planning office schedules and task assignments
- Maintaining property appearance
- Conducting tours and answering inquiries from prospective residents
- Addressing resident concerns and ensuring satisfaction
- Implementing and enforcing community policies
- Utilizing marketing strategies to attract prospective residents
- Engaging in marketing outreach within the local community
- Collaborating with maintenance supervisor on projects and maintenance needs
- Creating a safe and positive living environment
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as a Property Manager required
- Experience overseeing a large community of 350+ units
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Entrata or similar programs is a plus
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and motivation
- High-rise and lease-up experience preferred
- High school diploma, bachelor's degree a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Passing background screening and drug test
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Rotating Saturdays required, with schedule adjustments

- Valid license and auto insurance are necessary
- Rotating Saturdays required, with adjusted schedule
- Standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm with an hour lunch
