Sign-on bonus of $3000!!! ($1000 after 3 months, $1000 after 6 months, and $1000 after 9 months of employment)

Job Summary:
The Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of a multifamily or commercial property, ensuring its overall success and profitability.
Essential Duties:
- Create and maintain operating and capital budgets
- Manage rent collection and deposit
- Handle non-paying accounts and evictions
- Process accounts payable
- Maintain records and track assets
- Process deposit accounting statements
- Manage payroll
- Develop and implement marketing plans
- Supervise outreach marketing efforts
- Conduct market surveys
- Achieve and maintain occupancy and renewal targets
- Implement resident retention programs
- Lease apartments and process applications
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff
- Resolve resident disputes
- Ensure data security
- Perform physical inspections and asset protection
- Other duties as assigned
Reports to: Regional Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Property Management, or designated corporate team member
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
- Preferred: Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from NAA
- Certified Occupancy Specialist
- Experience with 50059 HUD Sites
- State required leasing license, if applicable
- Highly motivated and detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Basic computer skills
- Yardi Voyager Experience a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to respond to emergencies and work weekends if needed
- Excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 per year
