Outpatient Psychiatrist

Location: Wellpinit, WA

MUST HAVES:

• Active WA State Medical License (MD or DO)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry

• Comfortable Treating Adults and Some Children

• Must Work On-Site 3 Days/Week (Hybrid Role)

We’re hiring a Psychiatrist for a hybrid outpatient role in Washington State. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, compassionate provider who values flexibility, a collaborative environment, and work-life balance.

Position Overview:

• 100% Outpatient Psychiatry

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

• Team-based approach: collaborate with a PA and LCSW

• Treat primarily adults, with occasional child/adolescent patients

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-clinic, 2 days remote

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary: $350,000 – $400,000
