The Supervisor for Home Health Physical Therapists is responsible for overseeing a team of therapists in Greenwich, CT. This role involves managing recruitment and training, evaluating performance, addressing concerns, and resolving issues within the department. The Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring proper staffing and scheduling.

• Providing guidance and monitoring the performance of the physical therapy staff.
• Reviewing progress and collaborating with other medical professionals.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standard procedures.
• Conducting training demonstrations for physical therapists and assistants.

• Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Must possess a valid CT PT license.
• Previous experience in a managerial role is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in home health is highly preferred.
• Ability to split work time between the office and field treatment.
