We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Stuttgart, AR. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team consisting of two supervisors and approximately 12 quality engineers and technicians.

One of your key responsibilities will be to conduct research and development on new technical programs. Through this, you will identify innovative solutions to improve product output and reduce costs, helping us stay at the forefront of our industry.

As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will have the authority to determine and establish goals, scope, approach, schedules, and manpower requirements needed to accomplish our overall objectives and program results.

In addition, you will play a pivotal role in generating, preparing, and presenting departmental and program budgets. Your financial acumen and attention to detail will ensure adequate allocation of resources to meet project requirements.

Evaluating the technical progress of projects will also fall under your responsibility. This involves monitoring and assessing the application of engineering principles to ensure projects are proceeding effectively and efficiently.
